Our biggest ever demolition job is well under way at our 435 Bourke Street site and is due to be completed by early November.

Our Favco M630D tower crane at the NEXTDC M2 site was dismantled by General Cranes last weekend. 

At our Parkhill apartments site in Melbourne's CBD, we have completed the Level 10 slab and have begun to form the Level 11 slab. We have also jumped our core shutters to Level 15, where we are currently installing reinforcement.

​This week marks 1 year since we began piling at NEXTDC's latest hyper-scale technology campus in West Footscray. ​In just twelve months we've accomplished big things and are nearing project completion.

We are pleased to announce our first project win in assisted living with Kapitol recently appointed as the builder for 28 Pickett Street, Dandenong.

On Friday we celebrated the topping out of our Hurstmon apartments project in Malvern East, alongside our client Landream and the wider consultant team which includes TELHA CLARKE Pty Ltd, Codicote, Marshall White, and Bank of Melbourne.

Kapitol has recently completed the base build at 452 Johnston Street Abbotsford including demolition, a huge new atrium with skylights, a winter garden, new facilities including a café fitout, and reinstating the original timber floors.

We're excited to announce our first project win of 2022 with a Building Management Unit (BMU) replacement for Charter Hall's 1 Nicholson Street East Melbourne office building.

Our project teams have kicked straight back into gear since the Christmas break with great progress being made across all our sites.

Terrace House is complete! It was truly a privilege to have had the opportunity to bring to life Austin Maynard Architects unique urban residential development, right in the heart of Brunswick on the outskirts of Melbourne’s CBD.

Prior to the Christmas break we handed over another completed project to happy clients. 452 St Kilda Road included a cladding upgrade spanning 18 levels of a boutique hotel and covering 3700m2.
