We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially started work on our first project for Scape Australia, market leaders in first-class student housing.
With demolition recently completed and piling now underway, the site at Leicester Street in Carlton will be home to more than 300 next generation student housing units over 15 levels.
Due for completion in early 2024, the Scape development will offer residents a selection of sophisticated communal amenities, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, breakout spaces and landscaped areas to foster greater community engagement with the building.
The project will also help improve the local urban context by activating the ground floor and also giving space back to the local community through the use of the public laneway from Leicester Street to the lanes at the rear.
We’ll be sharing more updates as this exciting project continues to take shape for Scape!
