PROJECT WIN | Kapitol are proud to announce we have been awarded the contract to build 161 Eastern Road in South Melbourne. 161 Eastern Road consists of 32 luxury two and three-bedroom residences across 10 levels as well as commercial office spaces. The project amenities start at the ground floor with an elegant lobby and office space and includes a three-level basement with ample car spaces, electric car charging provisions, and bike storage.
It was our pleasure to host our Client, Fletcher Le Tet, Director of Fortenum, at our Head Office this week for the official contract signing.
Demolition of the existing building is due to commence soon with the project scheduled for completion in approximately Q1 2024.
