TOPPING OUT | 161 EASTERN ROAD APARTMENTS

Taking in the views of Melbourne’s CBD alongside our hardworking team, we are excited to share that we have topped out of our 161 Eastern Road Apartments project in South Melbourne for our client Fortenum.

Director of Fortenum, Fletcher Le Tet, shared the journey of this boutique, high-end development with guests including the family connections with the site owned by his family for over 3 decades! Construction projects are the ultimate example of collaboration and it was great to have in attendance representatives from key consultants, some of whom have been working on the project for many years, including KUD, Legata Projects, Wrap Engineering and 4D Workshop.

A big thank you to Harvey Norman for supplying the catering for the function. We look forward to gathering again to see the finish product, which is scheduled for completion later this year.
