Earlier this week the Kapitol team, alongside staff and students from Yarra Valley Grammar, and key consultants from Hayball and Gallagher Jeffs attended an official ground-breaking ceremony and morning tea.
This state-of-the-art performing arts centre is a bold and innovative statement in support of Yarra Valley Grammar's music and drama community. As part of the school's legacy buildings, this facility is designed with a glass atrium space and architectural angled precast on the façade, creating a visually stunning environment for generations to enjoy.
Andrew Deveson - Kapitol Group Director: "It's a real credit to the design that Hayball have done. For the kids and the parents, and the teachers, It's going to be such an amazing building. And a big thank you to our friends from Gallagher Jeffs who have orchestrated and pulled it all together."
Demolition of the facilities that will make way for the new building are about to commence and will conclude in time for the students to return from their Christmas break.
