1 Nicholson Street - Project Win

PROJECT WIN | We're excited to announce our first project win of 2022 with a Building Management Unit (BMU) replacement for Charter Hall's 1 Nicholson Street East Melbourne office building.

1 Nicholson Street is one of Melbourne's most historically significant commercial buildings. Affectionately known as the glass house, the 18-level office building was Australia's first skyscraper and tallest office building when it opened in the late 1950s.

The project will take approximately 4 months to complete and is due to commence in early July. As well as the BMU replacement, the project will also include replacement of the existing roof sheeting and other associated works on the building's rooftop.

This new project marks our second collaboration with Charter Hall and our third with Neoscape Pty Ltd. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to continue building our repeat working relationship with both companies.

Client: Charter Hall
Project Manager: Neoscape Pty Ltd
Building Surveyor: PLP Building Surveyors & Consultants
