With extensive communal spaces, a bike workshop, 562 bicycle spaces, 156 car parks, a street-level café, laundry facilities, a rooftop BBQ area, and a landscaped courtyard, residents will enjoy both convenience and connection within a thoughtfully designed environment.
Utilising our in-house digital engineering expertise, we will implement BIM 360 modelling for clash-free design and efficient coordination, reducing on-site disruptions. By partnering with trusted prefabrication specialists, we aim to accelerate the build process while minimising waste, aligning with our sustainability goals.
