PROJECT UPDATE | Our biggest ever demolition job is well under way at our 435 Bourke Street site and is due to be completed by early November.
Kapitol Group have been tasked with the early works package which includes demolition of the old building and the construction of the new building’s basement retention system. The basement will be the largest being built in Victoria. We are also engaged to complete ECI works in conjunction with the project team for the new $1 billion ground breaking (pun intended) commercial office tower in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
