EARLY CONTRACTOR INVOLVEMENT (ECI)

Some projects, particularly complex builds and large developments, require early advice in order to ‘de-risk’ the project, calculate better bottom lines and integrate additional value into the project. We provide early involvement in both structured and informal roles. Early contractor involvement  can be the determining factor in a successful, problem-free build.    

VALUE MANAGEMENT

Value management is the methodology required to maximise value for money while maintaining the architectural vision of a development.

When it comes to facilitating collaborative VM processes whilst maintaining design intent, our team is second to none. We are a trusted partner in VM and highly experienced at working collaboratively with clients and consultants to achieve their architectural vision within budget.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Our risk management practices and processes are undertaken at all stages of the project, from tender through to completion, ensuring international standards for risk management are adhered to.

We utilise digital systems to assess, manage and monitor risk, control, treatment and compliance items.

COST MANAGEMENT

We manage development costs using real time systems that control budgets and report accurately on all costs.

Expenditure, budgets and forecasts are updated regularly and shared with the developer throughout the program.

FEASIBILITY ASSISTANCE

We use our expertise in design management and construction to assist developers with feasibility assessments of construction costs, estimates, the program and site constraints.

Prior to sales campaigns we can also help developers maximise their returns by thoroughly assessing the projects materials selection, marketing imagery and contract of sales.

CONSTRUCTIBILITY ADVICE

Kapitol Group can leverage its major project heritage to provide constructibility advice and reports for any scale of project.

In-house bim & digital engineering

Kapitol Group’s design team includes full time experts in BIM management and digital engineering. This creates a range of advantages for clients managing complex project, design and construction challenges. It also helps clients and their project management teams to facilitate a heightened understanding of a project’s progress, any potential design issues and the status of documentation.
