Kapitol were proud sponsors of this week's Women in STEM Graduate Career's Event in Melbourne.
Around 600 aspiring women in STEM heard from our Head of People & Culture, Alice Hanna about the diverse careers available in construction. Wherever we're able, we love advocating to increase female participation in construction - it's a key part of our company vision to 'improve the construction industry for a better life.'
