Two-Day Project Coordinator Retreat
This week our Project Coordinators went on a two-day retreat to bolster their technical and interpersonal skills. Our PCs worked in teams to solve problems from real construction projects and were able to directly access the vast collective expertise of our senior team to better tackle issues such as workplace conflicts, difficult conversations and managing stress.
