Kapitol's Site Managers at First Staff Retreat of 2023
Earlier this week, we held our first of four staff retreats for 2023 for our hardworking Site Managers.
It goes without saying that our Site Managers are extremely busy people with a lot on their plate. However, these days away from site are imperative for learning, and sharing ideas and lessons learned.
The group also worked with our Senior Leadership team to form plans on how to elevate the safety, quality and culture of Kapitol sites to industry-leading levels. It wasn’t all hard work though, with some friendly competition on the pool table and the archery field.
Feedback from the two-day intensive from our Site Managers was really positive:

A big thank you to the team for your commitment and participation in the retreat – the outcomes of which will be rolled out across our sites shortly. Looking forward to our three other retreats later this year for our Contract Administrators, Project Coordinators, and Project Mangers.
