Kapitol held our mid-year staff event at The Capitol last week, where we gathered to celebrate our team's achievements to-date, and look ahead to what's next in Kapitol's growth.
The event also featured our annual staff awards, and an energetic, thought-provoking keynote on AI and digital disruption from futurist, Steve Sammartino.
Our Directors, Dave and Andrew, capped off the evening with a presentation that reflected on our continued commitment towards transformation for improving the construction industry. Their words were a reflection on our past successes and a call to action for the future of Kapitol.
It's no mean feat gathering teams together from over a dozen locations—the mid-year event was a great opportunity for our team to meet new people and strengthen connections outside of their project teams.
