This week our graduates headed out to one of our recently completed projects to tour the facility and hear about the project's challenges and our lessons learned from Construction Manager, Steve Sarris.
These sessions form an integral part of Kapitol's graduate program learning matrix, with objectives to increase our grads' awareness and understanding of issues experienced during a construction project, and also to normalise sharing our mistakes and our lessons learned.
The sessions are also an important opportunity to help break down silos between project teams, a common challenge in construction, and promote sharing of information across our business.
