Kapitol Enhances Parental Leave Benefits, Providing Extended Paid Leave for New Parents
We’re always looking for ways to better support our workforce which is why we’re proud to announce an increase to our parental leave benefits.
The increase of two weeks in paid leave will provide 12 weeks paid leave to primary caregivers, and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, and is available to all full-time, part-time and casual employees with 12 months of service of more.
We recognise the significance of birth and adoption in the lives of our workforce and the need to balance work and family responsibilities. With a number of soon-to-be parents at Kapitol, our hope is that the additional leave will provide our new parents with more time at home with their newborn, away from the pressures of work.
Shout out to our PC jeffry Ore who's gorgeous son Mateo is featured in this post. Mateo is on our recruitment list for our graduate program ... in 18-20 years. We're happy to wait.
