Inspiring the Next Generation | Work Experience Students

At Kapitol we believe that by engaging students from a younger age, we can ignite their passion for the construction industry and demonstrate the diverse career paths available. By experiencing first-hand the breadth of roles and the innovative technologies we employ, the students gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry, seeing that construction is far from the typical, monolithic career path it is often perceived to be.
