Inspiring the Future of Construction!
This week we are hosting the talented Year 10 students from St Columba’s College for an innovative Work Experience Immersion Project.
On Monday we guided the students through a day of discovery. We delved into:
✔Exploring Career Pathways in Construction
✔Prioritising Safety First
✔Embracing Sustainability and Environment
✔Delivering Uncompromising Quality
We then took them to SCAPE where they were taken on a site tour to see: how we build, how we keep the site safe, how we’re building sustainably and how we maintain a positive, respectful culture on site.
To round out the week, the students will present back to us their ideas for:

👷♀️Fostering a Positive On-site Culture
We're eagerly awaiting their Friday presentations, as these young minds shape the future of the industry!
