Inspiring Females to Consider a Career in Construction - Braemar College Woodend

At Kapitol, we're passionate about inspiring more females to consider a career in construction. This year we're rolling out a new initiative to connect with female cohorts from local high schools to talk about why construction is so great.

Today we were fortunate to be invited to Braemar College Woodend to speak with their Year 8-12 students on the topic 'Role Pathways for Women in Construction'.

A big thank you to Braemar College for the opportunity to speak with your students, and to Alice Hanna and Ellie Salmon for sharing your passion about the construction industry with the #nextgen.

We have three more school events booked to speak to female students this year but we're happy to add more to our schedule. If you know of a school who might be interested in hosting us for a career session, please reach out.
