HSQ/ESG and Site Managers Retreat!

A Kapitol first, this week we hosted a two-day retreat in Healesville, bringing together our HSQ/ESG team and Site Managers. This gathering was a unique opportunity to break down barriers, build relationships, and engage in meaningful dialogues with our directors and senior leaders.

The retreat aims to build stronger partnerships between the two groups through collaborative workshops. This included working on strategic projects outside the usual construction context, allowing everyone to step back from their daily roles and see things from a new perspective.

The experience of working together in a relaxed environment helped to build trust and a deeper understanding of each other’s roles. It is inspiring to see how these interactions enhance our collaboration and lead to better outcomes out on site.

This retreat reaffirmed that our strength lies in our values and our commitment to fostering teamwork and communication across all levels of our organisation.
