Celebrating Excellence in our Team

Last week's mid-year event was a fantastic opportunity to recognise the achievements of our team with a series of staff awards. Our staff were asked to nominate team members who they think live and breath our core values and behaviours and contribute to making Kapitol a great place to work - we were overwhelmed by the response with over 100 nominations!

We take immense pride in having such an outstanding workforce who not only embrace our values but also exemplify them in their work and interactions.
