Alice has been instrumental in initiating and driving a huge amount of cultural change in our business over the past 12-18 months. This recognition is hugely well-deserved 👏.
Reflecting on the win Alice said, "We're not going to rest on our laurels, as a team we know we still have a lot of work to do. This year we're going to continue to work on gender diversity, work life balance, leadership and career development, as well as corporate social responsibility and how we can give back to the community".
