Our Structures Manager - Brett Anderson
Today we get to know our Structures Manager Brett Anderson a little better-er…
How long have you worked in construction?
"32 years total, in both engineering and construction."
What’s your typical day look like?
"A typical day for me involves both working in the office and going out to different project teams and collaborating with them, using my experience and knowledge to identify structural issues and discuss other points of view. Our team members come up with some great ideas relating to sequence of construction, and how to put the structure together. My role is to evaluate those options and assist with identifying the best way forward."
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
"Seeing the final result of a build is a very rewarding part of my job and I'm sure many others in this industry would say the same. I also love that I'm always learning new things."
