Fostering the Future of Construction with Students Through Site Visits and Engaging Lectures

The construction students of today are the future of our industry and to help foster a great relationship between our business and the talent of tomorrow, we’re always looking for ways to not only share our knowledge but to offer practical, real-world advice in the form of site visits and genuine connections with our people.

To these ends, our Co-Founder and Director Andrew Deveson gave a lecture to third year @unimelb students on site management and logistics, which was followed by a visit to one of our student accommodation projects for client Scape in Carlton, Victoria.

A few weeks later, we kept the momentum going with another lecture from our Operations Manager Luke Wade, who shared his extensive experience on all things site safety. The students were then taken on a tour of our stunning build-to-rent development (for client Tungs) at the top end of the city.

We look forward to continuing our great partnership with Melbourne University, RMIT and other valued institutions to help build the burgeoning construction talent of tomorrow.
