Entering New Territory in Defence and Innovation

Kapitol’s evolution into one of Australia’s leading builders continues, with The Urban Developer highlighting our expansion into the defence infrastructure sector through Stage 2 of Hanwha Defence Australia’s H-ACE Facility. This milestone project marks a strategic shift into complex, high-security construction aligned with our growing expertise in high-tech sectors.

With a 12-month fast-tracked program, we're leveraging prefabrication, 3D modelling, and off-site assembly to drive productivity and eliminate inefficiencies. These innovations form part of our broader ambition to help transform traditional sectors like residential and commercial with smarter, more sustainable construction solutions.

Co-founder David Caputo believes defence could make up as much as 20% of our workbook in coming years—part of a continued focus on diversification, with high-tech sectors like data centres already accounting for a significant share of our pipeline.

It’s a future built on precision, innovation, and a clear vision for how construction can—and should—evolve.
