David & Andrew featured on The Culture Couch Live with Paul Roos
Our Directors Dave Caputo and Andrew Deveson, recently caught up with AFL great and Director of Performance by Design, Paul Roos, and General Manager Karly Leach to talk all things workplace culture.
When Dave and Andrew started Kapitol Group over 4 years ago, they recognised early on the critical link between business success and a great workplace culture so they enlisted Paul and his team to help develop our ‘culture code.’
“Construction is similar to AFL in that it’s traditionally been top down but is in transition just like the AFL is”, explains Paul.
What has followed at Kapitol is a strong and continuous focus on our culture, on actioning feedback, however confronting, and on investing in our future leaders.
“We have the potential to create a new generation of amazing leaders who think differently and do things better. If our legacy is that we’ve spawned an amazing group of leaders who go on to influence the entire industry in a positive way, that would be incredible”, says Andrew.
