Director

Andrew has over 15 years of vast experience in construction, with specialised expertise in active education environments, commercial offices and large-scale residential buildings throughout Melbourne.

With an enviable reputation of consistently delivering high-quality projects – often early – Andrew also applies his civil engineering background to embed innovative D&C methodologies to every project. This fresh approach results in clever cost, resource and environmental savings and advancements in building methods, which in turn create outstanding finished builds.

An award-winning construction director, Andrew has expertly guided numerous project teams and worked with project consultants to manage significant institutional, residential and commercial projects throughout Victoria.

As a director of Kapitol Group, Andrew is responsible for the management of projects and works in close collaboration with all stakeholders from concept through to completion.

Director

David’s award-winning construction management career amalgamates a construction management degree and near two decades of hands-on experience constructing, managing and delivering a number of major landmark projects in and around the Melbourne CBD.

With an unstoppable energy, David is well known for delivering iconic projects to all time, cost and quality standards, often ahead of schedule.

David’s confident and mindful project management is evidenced by his expert delivery of multiple sites in highly active urban areas, concurrently. His smooth delivery of NAB’s 700 Bourke Street and Medibank’s new Head Office projects are a testament to this – delivering early whilst working amongst major key stakeholder challenges with Etihad Stadium and Southern Cross Station.

David has successfully delivered over 3000 apartments within the Melbourne CBD. He has a proven track record of managing developer’s evaluation and settlement processes as well as all key stakeholders – from inception through to handover.

In addition to project management, David specialises in assisting clients on the front end with design management and input, and advising on value management methodologies.

As a director of Kapitol Group, David manages the overall delivery of works, and plays an important role in establishing and maintaining confidence in the client and the project team.

David drives a strong culture of safety, quality and excellence across all sites.

Candece has extensive experience providing professional support and advice to site project management teams  and staff of HSEQ matters. Throughout her career she has amassed a wealth of knowledge on the management, implementation, training and continual development of all relevant legal, regulatory and project specific HSEQ requirements. This experience was gained across a range of projects  including commercial, mid to high-rise residential and retail. She has held a range of HSEQ management and  auditing roles with valuable experience managing HSEQ in large scale environments.

Kaye Demmery is a Senior Marketing Communications Manager with extensive experience in brand management and communications. Kaye has experience working in construction, property development, energy, aviation, tourism and government. Kaye brings a vast amount of experience having worked abroad and locally.

Chris Trimble

Operations Manager

Chris has worked in the construction industry since 1992 and specialises in managing the delivery of projects involving complex structures and services. He holds more than 25 years of industry experience with excellent project credentials in commercial offices and complex projects. Between 2007 and 2016, Chris was a key site figure in Multiplex’s Middle East & Asia division, where he held the position of Senior Supervisor, Site Manager and then Project Manager. Chris transferred his career back to Melbourne where he held the position of Senior Site Manager.
