Each apartment meets all SDA, DDA and Accessibility requirements while providing a comfortable and aesthetic living environment. The project is an outstanding contribution to the built form and quality of SDA accommodation in Melbourne.

Kapitol was able to deliver on an aggressive program, to deliver spaces which radiate inclusivity and comfort. The final product has satisfied the aim of creating homes for members of the community who may have additional accessibility requirements, whilst maintaining independence and privacy. It was a pleasure dealing with the Kapitol delivery team, who no doubt gained invaluable expertise on the intricacies of the sector. We're looking forward to the next project!
