Kapitol Group are delighted to announce we have officially broken ground with construction underway on a new Melbourne data centre project in Yarraville for our client Microsoft. MEL04 is one of two new generation data centres Kapitol has in our 2023 project portfolio.
On 5 December 2022, Kapitol welcomed local community leaders and our construction partners to a ground-breaking ceremony, and we were honoured to have the Wurundjeri Traditional Landowners open the event with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony.
Kapitol Group is expected to complete construction of the building in Q3 2023.
